The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any AI agent will produce accurate or appropriate outputs.
You acknowledge that AI agents may produce unexpected or incorrect outputs, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating agent actions and outputs before relying on them.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mast Agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the actions of any agents you deploy through the Service.
